It is built to help you understand what lenders offer, what types of deals they will consider, where they lend, and what their guidelines look like.

VaultIQ is also built to answer your questions with accuracy. Whether you are trying to place a deal, compare lenders, understand a guideline, or find out who may consider a specific scenario, the goal is to make that information easier to find.

This is only the beginning.

Over the coming weeks, more lenders, more products, more guidelines, and much more mortgage information will continue to be added to the platform. The amount of improvements and information being added will help VaultIQ answer even more of your questions and help you find more options for your clients.

The goal is for VaultIQ to become the place where you can ask almost any mortgage-related question and get the information you need and we will achieve this goal over the next few weeks.

Thank you to the lenders who have completed their onboarding forms, and welcome to VaultIQ.

As we prepare for launch, VaultIQ is building toward an important milestone: 1,000 active mortgage broker subscribers across Canada.

Our vision is to create a concentrated network where mortgage professionals can discover lenders, understand products and programs, stay informed on promotions, and access important lending information through one intelligent system.

For our founding lenders, this means getting positioned inside VaultIQ before that network is built at scale.

We are currently completing lender onboarding and strengthening the database in preparation for launch.
